This research paper provides a viable solution for processing noise affected Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal via digital filter and transmission of ECG reception cognitive radio (CR) technology. Health assessment signals such as signal, Electroencephalogram (EEG) Electromyogram (EMG) are vital diagnosis rehabilitation human welfare among which attains prime importance due to its information on heart functioning. However, electrocardiogram prone addition power line 50 Hz mainly improper shielding can lead wrong interpretation, incorrect at times will eventually loss life. On combining into medical applications misconceptions be eliminated done effectively through designed filter. Effect cancelled in an by using technology transmitted physician mobile terminal remedial measures relating treatment. Simulation results shown matrix laboratory (MATLAB) cancelling having is represented transfer function. Also, received CR system where the metric probability error obtained useful fraternity.
